been in touch with them again ive to send it bk...... is there any other way i can chk out what memory is suitable besides cruical scanner

came across this it only recommends 2gb thats only 6gb max with the preinstalled (4gb) and the new 2gb so why did crucial recommend the 8gb then the 4gb? Attachments:
