Greed Dinky, the more they have the more they want, let's hope this ends his carrier. Jesus guys get real. A punter outwits the system and just because he's a solicitor you condemn him. If a bricklayer from Essex had done the same you'd be applauding him. It's a sad world we live in when peeps who succeed are pilloried by those who missed the boat. Not all "acceptable" law breakers have to be people in need.

Nob there's fraud and there is someone beating the system and causing no one but a large company a minor problem. Nob if it had been a 70 year old granny doing the same you'd have said she was a smart old dear but because it is a professional gentleman you are taking exception. WHY?

Peter, he prosecutes people for doing the same as he does then does it, I hope they strike him off.

The last sentence that you wrote Nob is PRECICELY why I hi-lighted the incedent. He is in a position of trust and influence, he should be setting an example to those he prosecutes in his line of work. Not trying to emulate the low lifes he deals with. He should be disbarred IMMEDIATELY.

he should be setting an example to those he prosecutes in his line of work. Dinky as an ex copper you now make me understand why the Police Force is held in such low esteem. When did you last see a solicitor prosecute anybody in a criminal court? The CPS, crown prosecution service, brings cases, prosecutes, certain individuals or organisations that it believes are breaking the law. Should that happen they instruct one of their retained barristers to mount a prosecution case against that defendant. In a criminal court defendants use a solicitor to instruct a barrister to form a court defence against the CPS charges. Dinky nowhere in the proceedings of a Criminal Court does a solicitor prosecute.
