Ha!...The kingdom that no-one wants to talk about.....................until now, when their oil becomes less strategically important to the USA. This Kingdoms next biggest export is of course terrorism, wtf is that you think bankrolls ISIL, who's money is it that pays for all of these mosques and madrassas to be built in the west? What....you surely didn't think that Muzzies taxi drivers chipped in with a % of their earnings....did you?

Now this tragedy happened 27yrs ago. If he was a copper at that time he would have been in the fist years of his 30 year service. It is very unlikely that he would have been in a position of responsibility due to his short length of service. That's if he was even in the South Yorks force at that time. Seems a bit of a stitch up to blame him for something that he was probably not even involved in. I wonder what will happen in the case of those that were in charge at the time being that they are more than likely to have retired. Being that several of the coppers that were on at that time have publicly said that their record of what happened was tampered with by senior officers. In short "scapegoat" seems to be the correct word.

They said he is suspended for the handling of the case, and stringing it out. He took the fall, my guess he will be back when the heats cooled.

I don't think it's just the Hillsboro' disaster they're after them for, they've been waiting for this so that they can dig up the dirt on the Rotherham scandal and the Orgreave riots and make a show of South Yorkshire police foe being incompetent. Trouble is he's at the top and has all the responsibilities that comes with it. This bloke was responsible IMHO and HE should be made to stand up and be counted FIRST. Then the lower down's who also covered things up should come next. www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/04/26/hillsborough-verdicts-police-chief-david-duckenfield-among-key-f/G.

Yes G it was his order that opened the gate and didn't close the tunnels so its his head that should roll. Besides that statements were changed.

Well the coppers in South Yorkshire are getting a good kicking, The acting chief constable of South Yorkshire Police, who replaced David Crompton yesterday following the Hillsborough inquest findings, has offered to step down after it emerged she was being investigated over her conduct with a previous force. Dawn Copley has "offered to step back to her substantive role" while another temporary chief constable was sought. Ms Copley was one of several officers accused of "corrupt practice" by another officer, who was later sacked, while she worked for Greater Manchester Police. www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/new-south-yorkshire-police-chief-offers-to-step-down-after-corrupt-practice-probe/ar-BBsohAg?ocid=spartandhp

Makes you wonder just how many are "bent". I have nothing personally to criticise them for but they certainly get a lot of negative press.

G. In my experience of the service I can say that in my time in the 70s 80s and early 90s there were a lot of files lost, a lot of things swept under the carpet. But in particularly the early years it was due to an influence from the supervisory ranks that were mainly freemasons. What the job is like now I have no idea as I have been retired since 1993.

Dinky, the same thing probably exists now but in a more sophisticated manner. Easier to cover things up, "lose things in the ether" I watch a lot of "reality" shows, and I really wouldn't like to do the job, but IMHO what they show on the telly is a cleaned up version of what really happens. No one, except the ones who actually covered these things up, will ever know the real truth. If you want to keep your job what do you do ? If your gaffer says jump, you jump. Same as in all (most) jobs. Management lessons......... Lesson Number One A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?" The crow answered: "Sure why not." So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it. Management Lesson: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up. Lesson Number Two A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy. "Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients." The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it actually gave him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree. Management Lesson: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there. Lesson Number Three When the body was first made, all the parts wanted to be Boss. The brain said, "I should be Boss because I control the whole body's responses and functions." The feet said, " We should be Boss as we carry the brain about and get him to where he wants to go. The hands said, "We should be the Boss because we do all the work and earn all the money." And so it went on and on with the heart, the lungs and the eyes until finally the asshole spoke up. All the parts laughed at the idea of the asshole being the Boss. So the asshole went on strike, blocked itself up and refused to work. Within a short time the eyes became crossed, the hands clenched, the feet twitched, the heart and lungs began to panic and the brain fevered. Eventually they all decided that the asshole should be the Boss, so the motion was passed. Management Lesson: You don't need brains to be a Boss - any asshole will do. Lesson Number Four A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold, the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out. Then he ate him! Management Lessons: 1) Not everyone who drops sh*t on you is your enemy. 2) Not everyone who gets you out of sh*t is your friend. 3) And when you're in deep sh*t, keep your mouth shut!
