Guys, I am back. Apart from 2 weeks swanning round the Canaries being waited on hand and foot on a cruise liner. I have just had the month from hell! Just before we went we had to say goodnight to one of our beloved dogs, the when coming back I found that the computer was completely dead. Been 2 weeks trying to source a psu for it, in the end I bought a new one. So now trying to come to terms with just 2 dogs and struggling to get used to a new computer and new OS. Welcome back Dinks im sorry too about the dog. I'm minus one the daughter's took him back for a while. Im reserve dog sitter when she's busy. As for the PC. Windows 10 is it. It does take some getting used to but I quite like it now.

My GSD died in 1998 and I still am in mourning.I will never get another dog as I couldn't go through that trauma again ! My youngest daughter has 2 cocker spaniels-a 5 year old male, and a newish 6 month old female. They are nightmare to "dog sit" for. What with the "jealousy" and the young pup getting her teeth into everything including my foot.I do worry for the older one's todger as she finds it quite fascinating !!!

JJ, SpecSaver's haven't got anything that will cure poor old Smudger's problems. It ain't his eyes that are the problem, it's what should be behind them.

No, the turkey is in Brussels today, trying to convince the corruption that is the EUssr that he will be able to come away with a few scraps from the leftovers from the lavish dinner.
