Morn all Everytime i update windows after a few hours to a few days it crashes i then have to turn around a do a hard reset so i lose everything.. my speed dials and passwords are will be all gone as the system will be seen as a new computer nothing in it like when you buy it. the update is this one attached i want to update it but i am afraid to do so Attachments:

They are not updating Win 8 but Win 8.1 is still current and updates are still coming.

im on W8.1 an to be honest i dont really wanna move to W10 You may not have much choice in the matter if you can't update W8.1. If you can't, then you could be using a somewhat vulnerable system. You'll have to see first whether it would meet the minimum requirements for W10. |
