Hi guys
I got a new BT headset for xmas working fine on W8.1 no prob next day i use them on same system watching a YouTube videos and it starts skipping like as if it were a scratched Cd youtube works fine til i connect them then the sound is out of sync...
ive ran the following
CCleaner
SuperantiSpyware
Cleared the cookies and history
and restarted the system still its the same
the Headset i was using before theses were perfect but its the same on them now
the work perfect connect to youtube on the phone
they are the Toshibia silent luxury ones
any advice and ideas appreciated thanks guys

Try a different browser. Bluetooth or USB? fiddle with the sound settings.

Could be a Bluetooth version conflict? Maybe your PC Bluetooth implementation is an earlier version such as 3 or 4.1, and your spangly new one is version 5 or whatever?
That type of version incompatibity could could also apply to the USB port you are using if it's dongle based?
