Thanks nob, I'm going to need a drink before long. Carpet fitters (X2) just turned up to fit a bedroom carpet. I think both their partners must have said "NO"  to them this morning !!! Miserable as sin and complaining because it's not a wooden floor. If I'd been asked at the shop I'd have told them what the floor was made of. Not happy at all  G. |

A BIG Thank You from me for your lovely Birthday wishes.  All in all I had a wonderful day topped off with a meal out with my family. (and a drop of the loopy juice ) I thought we were going to have yet more standing snow as it was snowing a blizzard for a while but luckily it fell on wet ground so didn't settle.
