Well guys, yet another year is almost over. Although I DO look in every day I rarely post but I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy New Year. Festive Greetings Punters and a very .....  to everyone at The Squatters. As usual, the Spits hosted our traditional Family Christmas Gathering, and we had approx. 60 guests on the day. We were also invaded by our many English relatives ... and some of them have decided to hang around for Hogmanay. It's was great to have almost all of the Spit Clan under the same roof at the same time. We've had to replenish our dwindling stock of booze and nosh ... the English folk can really knock back the hard stuff. My Dad, Son and I .. and most of the Scots ... wore our kilts on the day at the request of our English brethren who took a pile of photos and videos to record the occasion. When Big Ben strikes midnight, I will propose a toast to our beloved Nigel ... we owe him big time.  Spit |
