My son has come up with the rather interesting topic of climate change knowledge and attitude to entomophagy (eating insects) for his university dissertation and he needs respondents to his survey. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes and I'd really appreciate it if anyone could answer and/or share the link to it! connorc17.polldaddy.com/s/climate-change-knowledge-entomophagyHe's trying to get 300 responses and has about 50 so far so I'm pushing this out wider for him. For the record I did try some roast crickets as part of his trial run and they were quite nice! English herb flavour - the crickets were slightly nutty with the texture of popcorn. At £3 for 9g bag I think I might stick to crisps and salted peanuts for now though.  Thanks all. |
