After that my Photo App wouldn't work, Just my account on this PC. After some research I uninstalled it with windows powershell deleted some registry entries, that's not simple now you need to take ownership to be able to delete entries in windows 10. Reinstalled Photo App from the store and its all good.

If you want to know further details about Windows 10 Updates .....
Type reli in your Search box on your taskbar. At the top, you should then see the link for View reliability history. When you highlight a specific date, you get additional info that also includes W10 apps updates. Red crosses indicate that a problem may exist. It's a bit easier to interpret than Event Viewer.
