Malwarebytes Check Pro or Premium

Hi Gang

All those with Malwarebytes have a check to see if it still says.

PRO Version at the top

Or

Premium Version at the top

As I hadn't noticed mine had changed from the PRO to the Premium version wnen I put it on my new laptop with W10 as it had always transferred from PC to PC back to the PRO version.

And after 1 year is up you have to pay to re-new the Premium version.

I've contacted Malwarebytes and I'm now waiting for a reply, as they should hopefully be able to see I've had the PRO version for years now.

Premium JJ. Never noticed that it had changed before. It says a lifetime licence as well.

John, have you tried a reinstall?.

Please download mbam-clean.exe from here to your desktop and save it.
Please close all open applications and temporarily shutdown your antivirus to avoid any conflicts when running the tool.
Locate the file mbam-clean.exe and double-click to run it and follow the onscreen prompts.
It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
Make sure you have re-enabled your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications after the restart

Has you Key codes changed from what it was originally, mine was

1 block of 5 numbers & letters

4 blocks of 4 numbers & letters as shown below

But now it's changed to

4 blocks of 5 numbers & letters as shown below

And does it says how many days left on your licence in MY Account next to DURATION
