If you are using IE, there is a few things you can do, but we will do it logically first. Un-install flash player and re-install flash player. Then do this
1. Open I.E. Click Tools/ Internet Options
2. Click Security tab in the new dialog
3. In select a zone frame, click Restricted sites icon
4. Click Sites button to show list of all restricted websites
5. In websites list, there may be an entry of the website
that you're failing to load with specified error. Select it and
Remove.
6. Then click Close, OK

Disable Automatic cookie handling

1. Click Tools and then select Internet Options
2. Click Privacy tab and then Advanced button from
Settings frame.
3. Deselect the box namely Override automatic cookie
handling.
4. Click OK

Load Internet Explorer with no addons

Do one thing at a time and then if that does not fix it, do this.Run a registry cleaner, ccleaner does this or Auslogics do another good free one. Or do this.

1. Click Start and then click Run
2. Type RegEdit, click OK or Enter
3. On the left hand side panel open the following registry path
4. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
5. Double click ProxyEnable String and replace its value with 0.
6. Right click ProxyServer and select Delete option.
7. Close Registry Editor and restart I.E.
