Got an old hard drive with a partition on it and I can't for the life of me remember how to remove it so it is one drive. I am using computer management / computer management.

Never mind, just done it. Bob the mind boggles, you ask a question. OK so you find an answer without help from the forum. What selfish prioraties do you have by failing to tell less fortunate drinkers how you fixed it?

Oh dear the christmas spirit's gone already Yep, straight down Smudger's throat I expect! But the very idea of pots, kettles and black Smudger, complaining about another person not returning to give an explanation for something, is ironic in the extreme!

A Linux version which runs as a Live CD will do the job for you, even if you want to use the treated hard drive for another version of Windows. distrowatch.com/?newsid=08671Failing erudition from Bob as to his method, this is a working alternative.

OK, seeing as you asked. . I was right clicking the bottom drive instead of the top drive. It was a external drive so it is not showing here.
