My wife has an email account at microsoft outlook live.
She can sign in but that is all, unable to open folders, or emails or options to log out etc. Have tried shutting down and restarting but no change.
This problem only occours on laptop with w8.1, she can access e-mail and open emails etc using android tablet.
This problem started in last couple of days.
Any suggestions?

Yes two. Either try using mail2web.com/ or install x-notifier in firefox addons and access it from there. |

Further to the above, delete the account in live mail and set it up again, that might work.

Thank you for your responses.
We have changed browser from Chrome to Firefox and all is well. Must be a compatability problem with Chrome.
