Help me write up pics of easy cook recipes for Charities..

Hi All

I have been in contact with the editor of Macmillan Cancer Publications with a proposal to simplify (& cheap ify....) easy quick cook meals for carers to make for their 'patients' in the main by the augmentation supermarket main meal deals with in season fruit n veg.
He is very + on the concept but here's the snag - I have just sent him 5 * 25 jpg (each say about 200mb) emails with pics of the meals but due to my own caring commitments, I cant get round to the write ups for each meal = I need some kind Charitable viewer - who is nifty on the Kb as well as having a love for cooking (& eating / drinking?) to help with the writing up the recipes....I would expect this would need many skype conversations to sort out.
When completed this opus magnum (walls ice cream ? almond mmmmm....) will be made available to any Charity for their use as they wish - so few realise how little time money space equipment is available to the average & indeed below average carer to make healthy tasty meals for their cared.
NB most if not all meals have been prepared with a halogen oven and a microwave with a frying pan for garlic mushrooms ....
