What a find that is, Phil.... Just occasionally, I need to grumble about something, and my letter or eMail ends up in some junior clerks 'Don't Bother With' tray. I once complained directly to the CEO of YugoTours, Registered Mail, and my case was dealt with great alactrity and satisfaction. It pays to moan at the highest level if you have a genuine case. Now then, who is the Chief Executive Officer of The Squatters? My last beer was a bit flat!  |
