Phil you live in a make believe world, Cameron can sway the Lib Dems to vote with his party on certain aspects but on the EU he has no chance of getting them onside so stop blaming Cameron and start blaming Clegg. Now do you believe it is not down to Cameron why we can't have an EU referendum.
OK at the present moment he doesn't particularly want a referendum because he'd rather renegotiate the UK's terms of membership and I think that's the way to go. Either way should he win or lose he has promised a referendum in 2015 if the Tories are the governing party and he has never lied about that in the past.

That's 4 years or so away. We'll be swamped out with migrants by then. it won't be worth a toot.

Same old, same old.................Talk not action. All he can do is talk because there can be no action without the Lib/Dems support because without them he can not get anything through the Commons that Labour doesn't want. Phil do you really understand how democratic government works?

So what is point of him being PM if he can't do anything.....How can a country have a head of government who is just basically a glorified tea boy.

The PM of any democratic country is only as strong as his governing party and the Coalition governing party is a diverse party therefore he has no real strength as he needs the Lib/Dems support in crucial votes so it is therefore very much a middle of the road government. Just remember Phil it is not the PM, any MP, that makes the rules it is the party in government that does that. The PM is just the leader of the party in Goverment

Fellas, regarding this immigration problem! Well, if as a country, you have ever wondered just how we have managed to get ourselves into the situation that we now find ourselves, the answer is right here > tinyurl.com/nnur26lYep, it's because successive governments have all listened and acted upon the opinions of 'different planet' prats like this fella. Prats like him sit there (paid by us) in their ivory towers on planet academia, and from there, decide what is really best for us lesser mortals in the ordinary world which most of us live. Then, the metropolitan elite, sit around their Hampstead dinner party tables, and usually agree with every word the prat says. It's as if those words have been blazed on tablets of stone, and then handed down from Mt. Sinai. To then make matters worse, our elected leaders appear to be too nervous to disagree with them, this is out of fear of being called a rascist, bigot, little Englander or some dopey word ending in 'phobe' So, weekend rant over............vote UKIP

There lies the problem Unc, they don't see them or live near them. I wonder if child trafficking will appear here come January.
