The lib/dem party are going to vanish after the next election. They seem to think they are in power.

Yep, about thirty minutes ago I saw Vince Cable on the 'Marr' show, when asked about Posh Dave's proposed cap on immigrants, he said .... "We won't allow it"Posh Dave, he without any knackers, will likely reply "Oh all right then"Bestest friend, whether posh dave has knackers or not will have no bearing on what way the Lib/Dems vote in the Commons because there is sod all he can do. Ratarse what do you think Posh Dave can do to make the Lib/Dems support the Tories on a subject directly in contrast to what's written in the Lib/Dem's manifesto. That's one of the "benefits" of being governed by a Coalition government, everything is middle of the road.

So you think it's a benefit do you bestest pal. Well, who am I to say that you are wrong. As a matter of fact, I'm told that your stretch of the M1 is particularly fascinating at this time of the year, feel free to take a stroll down the middle lane, then come back here and explain what benefit you have gained from it!

"In English writing, quotation marks or inverted commas (informally referred to as quotes or speech marks)[1] are punctuation marks surrounding a quotation, direct speech, or a literal title or name."

Got to agree with Peter here. His use of inverted commas to emphasise the word benefits, and in the context in which the word was used, does indeed point to sarcasm. Excellent use of emphasis.

Harrumph .....back in the days at my old school, my English master would never ever, allow them to be referred to as "inverted commas" They were always properly called "quotation marks" Their correct usage is therefore obvious. Anyway, the idea of Smudger trying to correct anyone's grammar, is frankly ludicrous.

Dinky it is not a problem to me if the Tories don't win a seat in the European Parliament because non of the UK parties seem to hold any sway in Brussels so it doesn't really matter if the UKIP party vastly increase their Euro MP numbers. As far as the UK's position on the EEC is concerned that will be decided in the Commons where the UKIP have not got an elected party MP as of yet.

Prisoners voting. I can just see the likes of Mark Bridger and Robert Black and Brady having a grin on their faces. They should be having an injection instead. They shouldn't even be listening to Europe about letting those scumbags vote.

Harrumph.........as I was saying? Exactly what I said Ratarse all decisions on our EEC membership will be made in the Commons not by some non representative euro MPS. When they haven't got an UKIP elected seat in Parliament how can they call themselves a political force?. Ratarse do you honestly think Brussels will kick the UK out of the EU if we say balls to ECOHR. Some of the major EC members aren't happy with this panacea of policy makers which mainly papers over cracks you'd need a microscope to see. What cloud are you UKIP party supporters living on? Electing UKIP MPs to Brussels, where they have virtual power only and that is not the same as voting UKIP members into the Commons, a mission so far seemingly impossible, where they might have some influence. Comments please
