Peter, some people decide to leave before their contract expires, that is what I meant by having to pay an early exit charge. I never mentioned anything about paying when you are out of contract.!!

If like any European country they get too many coming in they will start to demand things they are not entitled to, and if they don't get them they will be rioting and causing trouble. So we need to be very careful who we let in and how many we let in and what areas we let them stay.
