Can any drinker get it's forums to download? I used to visit the Webuser's forums infrequently, I was even a registered member, but after a long absence every time I try to log-in using my bookmark all I get is a page asking me to subscribe. All Webuser's Google links download the same subscribe page. The link that used to work for me was forum.webuser.co.uk/ Does any other drinker visit Webuser's forums and if they do could they post the link here please? |

Thanks jal & Nob but Google isn't half confusing giving links to webuser forums which now don't exist. Mind you I'd sort of worked out that the forums had done a runner and it is nice to have it confirmed. Are there any similar IT Forums working today that either of you know of? If so links please. |

 Hello Peter, Minxies little Leprechaun. Tis True, Web User is no more !!!! I'd just like to point out............ It wasn't me wot broke it.  It does have one Plus though, NO more Madeline - cluster bombing the forums with her thousands of posts.  I have joined the aforementioned Bleeping Computer. It's American based (I think) and has a "General Chat" section but the whole board is HUGE and Global, with members from Australia, India, China, you name it there are members from there. Not being "Techy" I avoid the help forums but they have lots of game threads and I've made a few friends there. It does seem to have many experts on there though who are willing to help in any catastrophe. I just wanted you to know, they can't keep a good egg down !!!  Take care,  G. xxxxxxxx |
