After I posted earler the download came through it took about 1hr 30 mins altogether but during the operation it told me I needed to get rid of a Nero program which it automatically did for me after I pressed OK, and everything went smoothly.

The upgrade automatically removed a program called Speccy I had on my computer as not being compatible. On checking the web site for Speccy it also confirmed the same, saying No Support.  |

I've got Speccy and I just clicked it to come on after reading what you had posted about Speccy and the laptop said wait a minute there's a problem and it closed the laptop down and restarted it again, I tried Speccy again and it worked perfectly  |

Took about 2 hours, all OK, but like others have said, I can't see any difference.
