The last sunset of 2014, 2 shots taken this afternoon at Duffus Castle, Morayshire.   Interestingly though, looking north-east, directly opposite the direction of sunset, was this display of anti-crepuscular rays, together with the earth's shadow just showing on the horizon, taken just after sunset. An unusual phenomenon but nice to see.  Lets hope we get a nice sunrise to start 2015. |
