Yep its added the bug when updated. I have deleted speed launcher using CCleaner. But I tried deleting with WP but it came back, I even deleted the reg entry but it adds it.

have you had a look in Ccleaner Tools/Start up/Scheduled tasks
is it listed in to run

Nob, do what I did years ago, remove Adobe reader and then download and install 'Foxit Reader' It does everything that Adobe Reader does without any hassle, and it has a smaller footprint! Fixed  filehippo.com/download_foxit |

Got rid of Adobe reader and downloaded SumatraPdf. Reading online Foxit is going the same way as Adobe. Will see how it goes.

Thanks guys for the info on that, I was having the same trouble but hadn't a clue what was going on. I shall uninstall adobe reader and try the other one. I didnt even know there were alternatives. Cheers

Just as a matter of interest chaps, where is the best place for downloading sumatra. It looks as if I can get it from file hippo sourceforge or cnet, and I know some are safer than others.cheers
