Thanks for the welcome.

Not a discussion as such, more a cards on the table moment to put matters straight in light of a public slight on a lady.

For anyone who knows me from WU, they'll know I rarely get involved in general forum sanctions. That in itself should speak volumes for most I'm sure.

Anyway, without wishing to go off topic, I'll let mr linux/mr get back to his general complaint/whining.

Whoa fellas, enough already. In this pub we don't mind a good row, but this one is about another forum where some of our own drinkers are also members.

So, before some of our very own hot-heads get involved and end up getting themselves banned from WU, I suggest that if you want to carry this row on, then you take it outside on the virtual carpark, aka via private message!

Yep, although I myself was trying very hard to avoid mentioning the 'Scotch factor' ..... which late at night, has been known to cloud the judgement of Nob certain folks!

Ah but John, you massively underestimate the talent for getting banned that some of our drinkers possess!

Pfft...take Smudger Smyth for example, it's far easier to list the places that he hasn't been banned from than t'other way round, and as for Nob, he's on a final warning here ..... and he owns the place.

Now izzit on the WU forums.  Not sure why the small gender icon below the poster`s avatar shows as being female, however?  

The, "... being an unadulterated… first class… downright… irritating and absolute prick"  doesn`t appear ladylike either.
