The E111 cards were done away with a year or two back Nob as far as I know. were they I have one JJ. But I still take it and travel insurance do these foreigners get treated for free. JJ, we have just renewed ours they are now valid to 2019 5yrs.

Thanks I know now since I edited my post above and added the link which it tells you 5 years, we always have one each for travelling abroad every year.
I've just edited it again and put 5 years to save anyone looking in the link for it.

That's the one JJ I have one of those, so all these Latvians and Bulgarians have travel insurance.  were they I have one JJ. But I still take it and travel insurance do these foreigners get treated for free. Pfffft....they dish out national insurance numbers like jelly beans Nob. No wonder the NHS is suffering then, too many taking out not enough putting in. How's this Scotland thing work where they get everything free. Are they given money from us taxpayers then they allocate it to whatever they want. |

Foreigners should also have a (EHIC) if they come from the countries listed in the list in my first post for them to get Treatment on the NHS for Free or a small charge depending on the treatment, just the same as we do when we go abroad, but without the card I wouldn't think they would.
(But I will stand to be corrected if I'm wrong on what foreigners are due to on our NHS without a (EHIC).)
Foreigners living here and paying tax or on social benefits probably do get it Free.
Foreigners on their holidays with the (EHIC) should get the same as we do when we go abroad on holidays.

Y'see, that post from Glenda is positive proof that what I've always said about women is true, they should never have been allowed to vote! I mean, It's not as if they didn't have enough to do all day, what with making the fire, doing the washing and ironing, getting our dinner and pushing a carpet thingy about the house. And all the while they were doing that,us fellas made it easy for them, by keeping out of their way by going to the pub! Pffttt...this is what happens when you spoil the ungrateful sods!
