Looks like Geoff is leading at present with his 4.00 am - 5.00 am rising. Ulster used to rise every morning but gave no time for them?? Presumably some days now he stays in bed all day?? Rogerman, I suspect Pierre was alluding to his former, long lost sexual prowess.I'm only guessing mind That is exactly what I was thinking too!

I get up regular around 4.30am have a cuppa and dose off in my chair till 7.30. best sleep of the night.
You see I have a condition called Sleep Apnea according to the doctors which if I don`t wear a mask to bed I will lose my driving licence, this has to be worn at least 4 1/2 hours each night. It does my head in and as soon as I`m awake I take it off.
Horrible Bas**rd things.
But you got no chance of me posting that early.

I work with a mate that has the same condition (amongst a smörgasbord of other ailments) He has to wear little tubes that connect together and go up his trunk. He turns over in his sleep and the tug on his neb wakes him up. His answer is to get bladdered every night in the social club. He dozes off all day at work and he's only 54.

I'm usually up before 2am,then back up at 3.30am,then back up at 5.30am...then by the time I'm due to get up I'm off my face with pain killers and too knackered to care what time it is..

Well . . . this morning I was up at 04:00, ready to go down to the beach for my shots of Venus, Jupiter and the crescent Moon. Looked out at the sky . . . . cloudy . . . . so went back to bed until 07:00
