Unsure if I'm doing anything wrong, or who decides which charity is created. My guess is that if someone has experience of something, major or not, and they are able to speak with the voice of experience, and in doing so can alert others, then maybe I too can add something.
Second thing I'm unsure about. Should I copy/paste an article I have had published or do a very brief resume?. Maybe someone will advise before I take this any further.

Hi Cuba is there a link to the Bowel Cancer site like the Breast cancer one that we Click to help support it. Or is it a link like the one I posted on CA about Prostate Cancer which just explains everything about it and you can register with it's website.

Feel free to remove this if deemed appropriate in view of the fact I appear to have succeeded highlighting bowel cancer and posted elsewhere.

Thank you for your comment Mojo, the content I note with interest. Personally, unless I take 2mg immodium half an hour before breakfast daily, it could be about 15 loo trips per day. By taking this (recommended by hospital), the bowel is slowed down and 2/3 becomes the norm. Having said that, I used to have about four slices, sometimes more of white bread daily, but now I restrict myself to two slices of Warburtons Seeded Batch and that has made a difference too. In fact I am trying to change my eating habits/diet so that I don't need to take the immodium every day.

Hi Cuba Much better and far cheaper than Imodium is to eat say a hard boiled egg for bfast and avoid an expensive ww3 going on daily in your stomach - experiment to get a daily diet that suits u & ur tum...ATB mo41
must have been asleep - guide for correct fiber is that your stools float = more fiber if they sink with light straw urine = correct hydration - if only this info was well known so many ills would be side stepped...

This was posted by Cuba I 've transferred it to here. This is an odd one, odd in that I appear to be endorsing a charity which although I have heard of, I don't think I used it. It is one of many charities that give hope and help to anyone that finds they need to know more about Bowel Cancer. The one I selected is www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/You might be asking why I'm bringing this to your attention and why I didn't use it. The plain simple answer is that time didn't allow. The dreaded word hit me suddenly without warning and I found myself on a sort of roller-coaster. Take a read if you can, and if you can, thanks go to Arch for taking me to the route of producing a PDF file, if you can't, that's because I failed to install it right. operation letter.pdf (76.23 KB)

operation letter.pdf (76.23 KB) operation letter.pdf (76.23 KB) I can't read the operation letter, is there any way to make it a link? No, I can't either Anne and I posted it. I'm sure it worked originally. Looks like it's done now, twice. If you click the link at the top of my post, you might have to download it (seconds). I must get someone to teach me how this is done properly.

Hi Anne Sorry I couldn't give you much help, but I'm on holiday with the touring caravan at West Farm Verwood about 18 miles from Bournmouth until Sunday and the WiFi is intermittent which doesn't help.
