Adrian Edmondson, his long-time friend and colleague, who said: “There were times when Rik and I were writing together when we almost died laughing.
“They were some of the most carefree stupid days I ever had, and I feel privileged to have shared them with him.
“And now he’s died for real. Without me. Selfish b*****d.”
Pure magic... R I P Rik

R.I.P. Rick
It was a shock when I read about this while we were away on holiday in the South of France.

There's probably not alot of difference between the two with all the sun tanned locals in both areas Pffft...one difference is that around here, you can hardly move for striking firemen! Summat about their pensions I'm told. I believe that they all want to be able to afford long holidays in the south of France after they retire, all paid for by poor folks like me!

I just got over you being upset David, to answer earlier. No No David not long holidays in the South of France, but to afford Chateau`s there. And as for Alan, I'll be up your way in September hopefully on the way to friends on the Isle of Skye to sort you out jj

For anyone that fancies going, I suggest you go now, 'cos you may need your passport to go there next year. Inshallah.
