Great work Geoff. As an ex-smoker myself, it is always heartening to discover that someone else has knocked the weed on the head.

I've been an ex-smoker for more than 30 years and even now, just very, very occasionally when I see someone obviously enjoying a drag, I think bloody hell that looks good. But the feeling quickly passes and I've never had one for over 30 years. 7 months is a great start, don't let yourself down now. You'll reap the benefits in more ways than one. |

Tother half has been trying to give it up for years.
One amusing incedent was when one of the docs in the practice we were with at the time started do do accupuncture.
Well she came out, we saw one of our freinds, when she was asked if all was allright coming out of the surgery the reply was "I am trying to ive up smoking, to help I have just been given a little prick in my ear" ( that was the treatment, a small needle was taped to her ear, everytime she wanted a fag, she had to pinch her ear, I got into trouble when she realised that I was pissin myself laughing, when asked why, think about what you said was the answer. Well it worked for about a year, she is still trying to give up the weed. So stick with it, there is no substitute for willpower.
