Afternoon all. Sunshine and showers in readiness for April just around the corner Meantime-: I parked in a disabled space today and a traffic warden shouted to me 'Oi, what's your disability?' I said 'Tourettes! Now f *ck off you bastard' Pierre C&B

[ Grandchildren departed this morning so eventually life will return to normal when I have cleared up the mess that 5 children under 8 have left behind!!!!!As for disabled stickers I get mad when I see folk using it and don't have stickers. My mother is 90, has one and sadly there aren't always spaces clear and loads of cars don't have stickers. Off my soapbox now!!!!

Anne I have just read the previous posts now that I have time!!! Sorry to hear about your husband and do hope that he makes a quick recovery. Do look after yourself too as you need extra strength at this time.

just a little update, my hubbie has now been diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome which is what is causing the paralysis of his legs, nothing to do with the diabetes. The good news is that recovery is almost guaranteed, though it may take some time. He's not normally a patient man, but is so relieved that he isn't going to be stuck in a wheelchair for life, he will do whatever it takes. You've sympathised with me, now rejoice with me
